Letters from a Friend
A compilation of letters with reminders on how to get through stress, managing professional and personal matters, with commentary on mental health - and other facets of life. Through these short anecdotes, the author writes about balancing work, play, changing family dynamics, and she shares glimpses into her first pregnancy and birth story. A note for everyone- that sometimes all we need in this life is to be our own friend.
"This was a very enjoyable and relevant read that I can see resonating with many, many readers!"
"Each passage keeps you wanting to read the next one, unknowingly until the end, you realize how profoundly the letters mirror matters of the heart, soul, and psyche."
