While visiting the post office, we noticed official guidance encouraging people to fully cover old shipping labels when reusing boxes. It made sense—partial labels, scribbles, or tape can still be scanned, leading to delays or returned packages.

But there was one problem.

There wasn’t an easy product available to actually do it.

No simple, ready-to-use solution sitting on the shelf.

That didn’t sit right.

As someone who has shipped thousands of items—through personal projects, small business, and even military service—I’ve seen firsthand how small shipping issues can create unnecessary friction.

My background includes service in the United States Air Force, where I even trained in military postal operations. Combined with a lifelong respect for the U.S. Postal Service—instilled in part by my grandfather, who worked for USPS—this idea felt personal.

The postal system is one of the most reliable infrastructures in the country. A simple label can move something across the nation in days. That only works when the system reads it correctly.

So we built a simple tool to help that process work better.

A small product, designed to:
